I started off at Arnold Clark in Aberdeen to look at a fiat 500x.Advertised at having 26,000 miles on the clock, when I took it for a test drive the clock said 36000.It had a broken parcel shelf, 2 wheel centre's missing and several scratches on it, very disappointed so came home again, went to this branch to look at another fiat 500x ,took it for a test drive and was prepared to do the deal paying cash!..I asked them could they drop it off in Inverness as I had done more than enough driving around their branches, they said yes no problem, I walked out disgusted because they wouldn't budge on a 45 charge for transport even though I'd done over 300 miles driving around there branches..Hell will have to freeze over before I deal with them again!!!!!!

Usual Arnold Clark customer service, nearly non existant after buying a car and their idea of pre delivery check and inspection is non existent over the whole group, out of 4 cars purchased over a year from different branches all had issues and 2 dangerous ones. Even simple things like 3 out of 4 had worn out rear wiper blades. 1still not sorted despite 3 warranty visits and car left for over a week the last time
