Thanks to Andrew and his team for an excellent job. Especially pleased after the car was misdiagnosed by a main dealer with an estimate of 2.500. A for Audi correctly diagnosed the fault and the bill was under 400. So the 160 mile round trip was well worth it. I will definitely recommend them.
Since moving from Edinburgh over a decade ago, where the dealership seemed to be incapable of doing anything correctly, I've been getting my Audi serviced at A for Audi. The parts and paperwork are all Audi sourced, but the customer service etc is not ... and by that I mean it is above and beyond what you'd get at the dealership. When I do buy my next car, I feel it will have to be an Audi just to ensure that I can keep coming back here!
