Shifted to this branch as we moved house and it's more convenient than our old favourite in Paisley. I'm glad to say that the booking, staff attitude and quality of work (based on my interim service) are of the same high standards. Also, they undercut Kwik Fit significantly on price - even before adding an easily-found online discount code.
MOT reception was cheerful and efficient. Testing completed ahead of time and, with a passing result and a reduced cost, the experience was altogether positive.
Worst garage ever. Don't have a clue. Don't go near the place. Spent 2 hours hanging about and they hadn't started on my car although the manager told me it would be finished. His quote is "I have been thrown under the bus". MOT tester was on holiday on a day that my car was booked in. Manager blamed head office who he said should never have taken the booking and he was "thrown under the bus". I foolishly agreed to let him do the service which he hadn't started two hours later took my keys and headed off. He couldn't give me a refund as he had no money and when I contacted their customer services I was told it would take 5 days to get my money back. Feel like I have been #thrown under the bus !!

Really easy to book online. Handed car in at 8.30am and was ready by 11.30am. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and didn't treat me like a stupid female as they do in a lot of service centres. Extremely happy with the service they carried out and will most definitely recommend to family and friends.
