No dental hygienist at the practice. After 2 years at the practice, discovered the dentist was not cleaning plaque below the gum line. They also falsely believed I was an NHS patient and so were giving me half of the appointment time. They don't seem focused on teeth preservation from my experience.
I have the biggest fear of the dentist. I'm currently going through a lot of treatment and miss Janis Baxter has been amazing with me so far with her friendly approach. Very gentle and amazing work. Cannot believe I had an extraction with stitches today and never felt it. Totally amazing
