Looked up tradesmen to fix a broken radiator and grateful to have found Liam, he was very prompt at getting back to me looking at the issue and giving me a fair quote, he not only put on a new radiator he also looked at all the other radiators that i had complained were not heating up properly at no extra cost and restored them to full working order when we had thought they would need replacing too! I was surprised by how friendly helpful and professional Liam was unlike any other tradesman I have had to deal with. There was no mess left behind, the carpet was put caregully back into place. overall very happy and would definitely recommend.
Contacted Liam re.an issue with a side flushing cistern.He was at my door within a couple of hours.Viewed the problem and ordered what was needed.Left me with a working cistern.Having got the parts he again made contact to arrange things.Turned up when he said he would,completed the work and left a neat and tidy finish.Would be happy to use LM again,whenever.Highly recommend him.

Liam called me back after having missed my initial call. Our problem was a small one, with the cistern in our second bathroom overfilling and so I knew it would be difficult to get anyone interested in looking at it quickly. I had two others tell me it would be at least a week before they could get to us. However, Liam explained to me that, even though he would be busy over the next few days, he would come down right away and look at it for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem, headed off to Screwfix for the necessary replacement part and came back and sorted the problem. A very friendly and helpful man and we asked for his card, as we would definitely call him again if we have plumbing issues in the future.
